Computer Freezes Constantly

My Computer constantly freezes and i have re installed windows multiple times on different hard drives, changed out power supplys. Tried Re installing Drivers, to no Avail. All of these parts are only Three months old.
Specs:
Xeon e3 1230 V6
16GB RAM
GTX 1070
750 Watt PSU
SAMSUNG EVO 850 SSD
WDC Blue 1TB HDD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

And yes, i have run memtest on stick of ram individually. No Errors were detected.

It appears you've tried just about everything. After all those re-installs, I would suspect there's no junk files, registry errors, or software conflicts if it happens shortly after a clean install.
Some viruses can linger even after a clean install, tho. I would run a full virus scan and follow that with an off-line scan just to eliminate that possibility. Win10? What motherboard?

Yeah, thats my next course of action. Do you think it could also be an incorrectly mounted Liquid CPU cooler?? I have an NZXT Kraken 240MM Cooler? I remember when i installed it, i did apply a good amount (no more than needed) of thermal paste.

Core Temps are fine, never gets above 63 Degress under load

Idle's at 34 Degrees

And it freezes at random no matter what im doing, varies from Playing games to just sitting on the desktop doing nothing.

Same with GPU Temps, GPU never hits over 72 under load. 44 at Idle

Yes this is the current cooler i am running on this system

Cooler: NZXT Kraken X52 240mm AIO Liquid CPU Cooler

I do have a spare Corsair H100i GTX.
