Computer freezes during fullscren youtube videos and Game cutscenes

What could be causing this? at first it was only SC2 that would pixilate and crash on the loading screen, then youtube videos, then diablo3 cutscenes..really getting annoying AMD support isnt helping at all. i have a HD radeon 4850 with CCC. Windows vista 64bit. And oddly enough certain updates continually FAIL.

Did you tried another web page ?
Example : sometimes it can be the GoogleChrome Problem

can you make the task manager as a top and set it on performance and then open your video to full screen and see if something happend
