Computer freezes during games

Cpu: i3-3220
Gpu: palit gtx 750 ti stormX oc
Psu: fsa 500w
Ram: ripjaws X (2x4gb)
MB: gigabyte z77m-d3h
Hdd: western digital 500gb

Here are my specs.

Ok so far i have tried this things
Memtest
Intel diag tool
Western digital diag tool
Furmark
Prime95

All passed

Just changed my GPU and im about to change CPU for them to be synced and no bottle necking.

Okay so it freezes usually at time when i use high resolution. Like gaming. It freezes randomly. Without any beep code coming from the MB. But when booting its fine and gives 1 beep which indicates all is good.
Computer doesnt freeze when just doing google chrome, youtube, or any. It just freezes at high reso games.
Specifically diablo 3, also League of Legends it freezes and i dont know why.

All connectors are retightened, changed thermal paste

sounds pretty strange given neither of the mentioned games are high demanding games, what kinda of motherboard temperatures are you getting out of interest?

I have changed gpu and now it freezzes less.
Less 50 degrees when playing
