Question Computer freezes for a few seconds, able to move mouse, then it starts working again

My computer has been locking up but I am still able to move the mouse around. Let's say I am watching a stream on Twitch with multiple tabs open, the stream and audio will freeze and I can't switch between the tabs. After a few seconds, everything that I've tried to do will respond all at the same time. My temps are fine (CPU avgs 40-70 GPU 50-70) I believe this is a malware problem but neither Malwarebytes and Bitdefender can detect anything (I might be totally wrong).
