Question Computer Freezes?!?! Help Please!

Hello,
I recently built a computer during the summer and have had a problem where the my PC freezes (screen stays on) and stops giving power to perifials but cant pinpoint the problem.
Ive done CPU stress test
GPU Stress Test
MemTest
and all seem fine can anyone help?

Specs
Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
AMD FX-6300
EVGA 750 Ti with ACX cooling
HyperX Fury (RAM)
CX 500 power supply
Windows 8.1

Freezes on the picture, only periferals stop reciving power

2. Do you have the latest drivers installed on all parts ? ( including mobo )
3. Did you OC'd anything in your rig?

Well i have some LEDs connected to my PC and they dont flicker or anything indicating lower voltage, spark or anything of that sort.

All drivers are up to date. GPU, and MOBO. I dont think there are drivers for my memory and CPU.

I have my GPU overclocked but, ever since that i think it happens less, this problem occured since i first booted up my PC the problem occured less and less but i want to replace whatever is bad so i dont have a defective product.

You have windows installed right?

So it just freezes?

Most likely a memory issue, re-seat the sticks, swap them about.

If it's still not working, RMA or buy different models of the sticks.

You have enough watts for your build.

Iv'e ran mem test for a full night and was working fine no errors

I belive i installed windows right ive installed windows manytimes before so im pretty positive

and yes freezes randomly anyplace any time

Did you re-seat the memory as asked?

Regardless of the mem test, it's likely a memory issue!

Ive reseated the memory in the past but didnt fix the problem

I suggest you to check all the connections from your PSU to your motherboard. Ensure that the cables are all the way in

After years I figured out that my memory wasn't set up properly and needed some additional power. I was able to change in the BIOS.
