Hey, so this computer is fairly new. Only a year, but it freezes if I leave it too long on desktop. Like if i leave it idle paused on a game for 3 dames, it won't freeze. Always on desktop. I've run anti virus, spyware and CCleaner. Nothing has worked. Thanks.

Hey shirazjr

Put power profile on high performance. Use screen saver make sure computer can't go to sleep power settings .

Turn fast start up off go to > change what the power buttons do and then below uncheck fast startup .

Turn hibernation off with this command; powercfg -h off might resolve the issue .

Hope this helps.
