Computer freezes or randomly shuts down[Windows 7]

Hello there.I just bought a new PC and when I play CSGO the computer and monitor freezes and the keyboard turns off and sometimes (rarely,it happened 2 times) shuts down completely.This problem happened when I played another game once.

Note:I've updated all my drivers for literally everything and my settings on the game are on medium.And on the power options->Balanced i've turned off the Link State Power Management at PCI Express.And there's no heating problem.

I've noticed that when I play games the computer makes a little bit of noise.I don't know where it comes from

Intel Core i7 7700 Quad-Core(and 8 virtual cores)
NVidia GeForce GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 256 bits
8GB RAM
1tb hdd
Windows 7 64 bit OS

what model motherboard and PSU do you have?

The motherboard is Intel® H110 with 1 x PCI-e x 16 (occupied by discrete graphic card if implemented.); 2 x DDR4 LONG-DIMM SLOT; 1 x M.2 connector for Wifi slots and the PSU is a 500W (80 PLUS)

is it a pre-built PC from a store?

call the store and check what warranty you have and if you're under warranty, take it back to the store

if you try and fix anything internally you might invalidate any warranty they provide and worst case, you might end up have to pay to fix it.
