Computer Freezes Randomly After Cpu and Mobo Upgrade

I recently upgraded my PC with a new mobo and cpu. Ever since then it seems to be freezing for no reason what so ever. It has frozen after me being on for hours, some time right when i boot it up, and any amount of time in between. I thought it might have been overheating but after monitoring temps ive seen it freeze at anywhere between 40 and 65 degrees (Celsius).
Ive tried checking RAM, updating, un and re installing drivers. I have no idea out what it could be.

Here are the specs:
Asus M5A99fx pro r2.0
Amd fx 9590
Sapphire hd 7770 ghz edition
4x4gb ripjawsx 1600mhz ddr3
coolermaster gx650w
corsair h55 cpu cooler

If anyone has any ideas or anything i would appreciate it, between school and work I havnt been able to troubleshoot as much as id like to so any help would be amazing,

Due to the fx 9590 has 220W TDP, I think
1) The BIOS for the fx9590, from asus site the MB need 1903 version BIOS for the fx9590. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A99FX_PRO_R20/HelpDesk_CPU/
2) Maybe the coolermaster gx650w, because it does not look good from the reviews, and you need the big and good PSU for fx9590 even you use the hd 7770, I mean the GPU is low power consumption GPU.

3) From what I know you should not buy the fx9590, because it is not the good cpu and expensive too. You should get the fx8350 or intel cpu.

I have already updated the bios to the lastest version so i know it supports the cpu. I did think that it could be the PSU for a while but would i be able to use my PC for any period of time if is was? Ive only ever had Amd cpu's and ive never had problems with them before, also I got such a good price for the fx9590 i couldnt resist getting it.

got same issue, i replace my ram and psu, updated my bios, and im still randomly freezing ... only plausible is either motherboard or processor 🙁
did u find what was your issue?
