Hi, I built a gaming pc and it has been freezing randomly for no reason I could be gaming watching youtube or even just on idle and it will freeze. I've checked my ram my ssd I switched out my gpu with a new one. I rebuilt the whole thing to make sure I didn't have any shorts. I checked the mobo for any broken or bent capacitors. I checked the processor for any broken or bent pins. And I have had nothing come back bad. I honestly need help specs are.

    MSI 970 Gaming
    AMD 8320 Black Edition
    EVGA GTX 1070 SC
    or
    ASUS STRIX R9 390
    PNY 240GB CS1331
    Corsair Vengence pro 16GB
    EVGA Supernova NEX650G
    Corsair H100i v2
If anybody can help I could really use it. I tried bringing it into best buy but they did nothing but put a kid to work on it on his first day.
EDIT: it's also a hard freeze not just a short spurt. It freezes and I have to use the power button to shut it down.

Solution
You should remove the heatsink of the processor and clean it with a cloth.. apply thermal paste..
do the same for the north bridge and then short circuit your board (press that small button on the motherboard)

I think that should solve your issue
