Computer FReezes/Red blank screen

Hello, my computer will freeze to a red screen. I need to do a hard reboot. I am using windows 10 and every time it updates it freezes and i must do a hard reboot. Sometimes when my computer sleeps and I wake it up my mouse cursor is a square filled with static. When I login it returns to normal.



I ran the driver verification tool and got this error.

driver_verifier_detected_violation.

and in a minidump file this.

Computer specs:
Intel i5 6600k 3.5ghz
Asus Z170-A(FLipped a switch on the mobo that "automatically" overclocked my CPU to 25% or 4.4ghz.)
AMD XFX r9 Fury X
1300 W PSU

Things to note:

All my temps are good.

Doesn't matter what I am doing for this to happen. I Could be gaming or simply browsing the web.

I set GPU temp in AMD Catalyst to never go above 63.
CPU temps never get above 50.
GPU is not overclocked.

Things I have tried.

Uninstalling AMD drivers with DDU.


Other than that I Really don't know what to try besides reinstalling windows and setting my cpu back to normal.

It's the overclock. I had this problem because of shitty overclock I did for my RAM. Best thing to do is return CPU to stock and then if you do want to overclock it go in BIOS and do it manualy.
