My Asus labtop G614jv freezes when using all the cpu cores and the only way is to turn off the system with the button. This problem can be solved only by setting the performance cores to the minimum.
system specifications:
intel 13650hx
ram DDR5 4800 16G
Nvidia 4060 8G

State the Model of your PSU, also state how old it is.

When did you start getting this issue, is it recently or since you've built/had it?

Sorry, there was a problem in the question, I don't have a PC and this problem is related to Asus laptop. It has been purchased for 4 months.

when the laptop is plugged in, and your steps are repeated, does the same thing happen?
Yes, even when plugged in. I also have this problem while installing Windows. I need to reduce the number of performance cores from BIOS so that I can install Windows without freezing.

I assume Installing windows from USB installer/CD ?
What windows version are you using btw?

EDIT: This must be a similar situation, except yours crashes, while this BSODs ?

Hey there,

Monitor your system usage using HWInfo (sensors only). What temp does your CPU hit when this happens? You can set upt MSI Afterburner OSD to measure your CPU/GPU usage, clockspeed, and temps. DO this for both, and see what results you get when playing your game. We are looking for 100% usage.

Are all system drivers and bios up to date? Check the support for your laptop and make sure this is all done.

I install Windows through bootable usb. As I said before, I have a problem with freezing in the installation cylinder, so I can reduce the number of cores. Sometimes bsod occurs but each time with different errors. Could it be a problem with RAM? Of course, I also tested the RAM with different software and there was no error
I tested windows 11 22h2 and 23h2 and even 10
all drivers and bios are updated
