Computer freezes while playing game but mouse still moves

Ususally happens the first time I use a skill in Dota and it also happens in PUBG, the only two games I play. My computer freezes for about 5 seconds then returns back to normal. Usually happens twice or three times then stops. I need help.

Windows 10
Big SSD that holds everything
R9 390 graphics card
I5 something something

I am pretty sure it happens whenever something happens in game for the first time, like me using a skill in dota 2 usually triggers the freeze as does an enemy showing for the first time.

Looks like issue is related to Interrupt Requests (IRQs).

If not already done yet, can you please try updating the graphics driver and make sure that all the latest Windows Updates are installed?

Please report back if this doesn't fix the problem and you need further assistance.

I updated my graphics card a couple days ago and haven't had problems since. I knew to do this a couple weeks ago and thought just going to device manager and checking for updates there would work but it said no new updates so 2 days ago I read your answer and went to AMD's site and it turns out I was a version or two behind. Hopefully it keeps on working! Thanks a lot
