[SOLVED] Computer Freezes with odd noise Inside Computer

Hello everyone I am having a bit of trouble with my pc.Like mentioned in the title my computer will randomly freeze for a couple seconds and a buzzing noise can be heard inside my pc.This started happening recently I installed a new harddrive recently but I think this was happening before that. I also got a new monitor and it may have started a couple months after that.Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!
CPU:I7 8700k CPU 3.7GHz
GPU:Geforce GTX 1070 TI
Motherboard:Asus Prime z370-A
Ram 24 gigs
Monitor:MSI Optix Mag27c

Unusual amount of memory, so it is probably an unusual combination of memory modules.
I suggest listing it by part number and/or link to it.
