Computer freezing issue

So my computer has been freezing quite a bit the past month. Normally it occurs after I finish/exit a game but sometime it still happens during the game. I was told to look at my resource monitor when it froze and take a picture to see exactly what it says during the freeze and i got this. http://oi57.tinypic.com/1g0jm0.jpg

From here I was told to try a simple defrag which I did and it still is freezing. Any advice on what to try next?

Well if ccleaner is installed go to tools/startup and uninstall. Bottom right copy and paste whats in startup and whats installed

We need to know whats there first

It looks like that livecomm.exe file can use a bit of the CPU. Disable it in startup, if it's there

can you clarify a bit. Not familiar with this program. What do you mean by bottom right copy?

You dont need this

Go to ccleaner / apps and untick ms search. Having it ticked can cause errors in event viewer

Flash is out of date

Have you scanned the system since you use a torrent program?

Look in task manager see whats hogging the CPU

It only says like 7 percent of my cpu is being used when im playing csgo.
