Computer freezing/restarting after installed CPU

I installed new cpu and after playing or watcing some videos, someting like 5 min it is reseting or freezing.Before i didint install noting then there was no problem but after that, happend all freezing and resetting. I have been googled problems and tryied alot of solutions but no succsess.If computer is doing noting then there is no freeze or reseting.

Solutions:
1)All drivers updated
2)Changed psu 400w to 500w
3)All hardware Temps are good
4)Updated bios
5) Formated computer and installed same windows
6) Took out RAM-s

System:
1)asrock g41m-vs3r2.0
2)Cpu: new Q6600, old E4500
3)Gpu: geforce 430 1GB
4)RAM: 2x 2GB
5)Forton 500W
6) OS: Win XP 32
I hope someone knows problem, it has been frustrating and i hope you guys/girls can help me

Cpu temps are normally 30-40, playing someting then stays 60. I holded my hand near Cpu, seemed good to. Watcing even some youtube videos then freezes and resets. Computer has been on like 1 hour, but i have done noting. Probaly if i watch video or play someting then it freezes.

Well the 12V rail seems a little off it's optimal values:

Voltage 4 11.60 Volts [0xD0] (+12V)

Give it a try with your old 400w PSU, it should be able to handle your current build, or get a borrowed PSU if you don't have access to that one anymore.

Atleast i got now, i solved the problem. I updated my bios to older version, but i don´t think the issue was bios, i am pretty sure motherboard didn´t recognizing Cpu. But now it works. Thank you all for taking time and helping me, i am very grateful for that.
