I have been having this issue a while back. So I have recently did a fresh install with Windows 7 64-bit since I thought Windows 10 was the issue. I would randomly get computer freezes when I would try to load 4 or more tabs open (I haven't had this issue when I first built this computer). So when my computer would freeze I would open Windows Task Manager and I saw that my CPU was 100%. Just recently after the install my computer would keep freezing every 5 minutes or so while installing all the necessary drivers. After installing all my drivers my computer still freezes up. Is my processor about to go? My RAM usage when it would freeze up is around 50% (4GB). and my hard drive activity would be around 1-20%.
