Computer freezing without blue screen

hello,
So i built a computer of my own for the first time, it has almost 2 months old.

And i installed windows 8.1 first and then i updated to windows 10, i started to have crashes and freezes and i thought it was because of windows 10 so i switched to windows 8.1, but i still have the freezing... my screen just stops completely it does not show any bsod (blue screen) but my computer is still working and i have to manually shut down the computer...

I went to my reliability history and i saw that i had a harware error and this is what it shows:

I have all the drivers updated, bios updated and i really dont know what is it...

Seems like a graphics driver or card issue.

Could be a driver issue but it also could be an overheating issue.
I would still do a "Clean install" of your drivers.
That means removing the drivers and any of the graphics card related software like CCC.
Usually when installing new drivers they give you the option of a clean install.
If it still freezes then use a tool like http://openhardwaremonitor.org/ to keep an eye on your system.

Not saying that a bad driver is off the table but it could be a number of things.
Bad RAM
Over Heating
Dying PSU
Dying Video Card

Need to know your system specs, any OC you have done and what temps your card is when your system crashes.

Radeon R7 260x can idle between 30 and 40c so your 36c is normal.
Max load can get up into the 70s so if your load temps get above 85c then it could be an problem.
But it looks like overheating may not be the issue.


You can pull out all of your RAM then run the system with one stick at a time and place it under load.
If your computer freezes on 1 particular RAM stick but not on the other's then that stick is bad.
If it freezes on all of them then most likely it is not a RAM issue.

Your VCore voltage is bothering me, but I don't know too much about that chip.
Hopefully someone who is familiar with it can chime in.

I have only one stick of RAM
And i ran some tests and it was everything ok with the ram

X.x ACK! Before going to order a new card,or psu, try resetting the BIOS.

-reinstalled video drivers - done
-check to see if hardware is over heating - done
-checked RAM - unless that one stick is bad - done
-check connections to see if everything is secure and properly connected -?
-(if your willing, clean install of windows) - ?
-replaced psu to see if had gone bad -?
-replaced video card to see if it had gone bad - ?

All connections are properly connected, i already clean and install windows twice and it didnt work, nobody of my friends/family have a vídeo card or a PSU to try on...
