Question Computer Froze, Now DRAM Light + Black Screen

I feel a little at my wit's end here. Built my computer late December so it's been running about a month now no problems. The other day it froze completely, I'm talking not even holding the power button would shut it down. I had to switch off the power on my PSU just to shut it down, not sure if that was my first mistake. Now it will turn on, in the sense of all my components lighting up and fans turning on, but I only have a black screen and the DRAM light is constantly on, on my motherboard. I DID have Expo turned on before it froze, and I'm thinking that was another of my mistakes.

I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting that seems to work for everyone else. I've tried resetting the CMOS in multiple ways (taking out battery, shorting it, taking out battery AND shorting it combination), I flashed the BIOS to the latest version, I reseated the RAM, I tried using just one stick of RAM at a time in different slots, and finally today I even bought a new set of RAM. None of those have worked so far even though one of those usually seem to be the fix in all other discussions I've been reading through. This is my first computer that I built with the help of a friend so I admit I'm very nervous to start tearing it down myself, so if anyone has any suggestions on where to at least start I'd be very thankful.

You might want to flash the BIOS with version 3201, then clear the CMOS.

Got a link to the ram kit?

I tried using just one stick of RAM at a time in different slots
If working with one stick of ram ,populate slot A2 on the motherboard.

finally today I even bought a new set of RAM
Got a link to that ram kit?

How are you cooling the processor?

Without your discrete GPU, you should be able to get display out using the iGPU off your processor.

Thank you so much for replying!

Did this just now, unfortunately still not working.

Second (new) RAM: https://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX00122813

Unfortunately it isn't, not with one or two sticks of RAM in any of the slots.

Noctua NH-D15

Do you mean I should try taking out the GPU and then plugging directly into my motherboard? I did try plugging directly into the mobo before and it still didn't work, but I haven't tried taking out the GPU first.
