here is my suggested build for you.

I changed the motherboard and ram because a 7600 is not overclock hardware so get a good H270 board that can handle a I7-7700 if that is your wish later on. better start with 2x8gb and leave yourself space than 4x4gb fill up on ram space. there is no need for hybrid drive as secondary drive and I yet to see any real good reviews on them making it worth the extra monies, instead put a good solid 5 years guarantee WD Blue drive in place. the savings permitted me to get you a proper video card matched to that 7600 CPU. to rock your games with RX4800 8GB video card. the power supply was way over powered for your build. I got you the G2 550W instead. all that and almost 100$ under budget for you 900$ project.

Overclocking isn't always advised on a budget like this, and I only suggest overclocking *IF* you know what you are doing. Sure it is nice to plan ahead for future upgrades but right now even an i7-7700 is fine as the highest end you can get, and you don't always necessarily need to overclock. I do agree about ditching the hybrid drive, though I would go for a 1060 over a RX480. And you don't need the extra cooler either - if you're not overclocking the stock fan will be just fine. The case will buy after the confirmation of all components and budget for that is apart, so no stress.
