Computer gets bad fps on games now

ive been playing arma 3 for like 4 months and got like 25-30fps which is pretty good i can handle it but now for like a month i cant handle it i get like 7-17 fps which is unplayable to me my minecraft is messed up i get bad fps on it and all other games. Ive closed all other background applications and defraged and sprayed the dust out of my pc. Everything ive been told so far on here but it still dont work. I was wondering if restoring my pc would help because it someone says it will then i will do it right now.My temperatures are alright i showed someone else that knew the temperatures and he said they were normal. So any help will be good my main pc specs are fx-6300 r9 270x which can handle games pretty good.
