Computer goes to colored-blank screen on boot up

So, a lot of weird things happen on my screen, glitchy lines, you name it, and then I just can’t use the computer. I have no cursor to control, nothing, I simply have to turn it off.

This just suddenly happened while I was loading a map on a game last night, and now it simply happens every time my computer boots. I can’t seem to log in, the only thing I can do is go to BIOS, and it won’t crap out on me during that time, only as soon as I get to the “choose user” screen.

I do have a few pretty old parts, but my computer works well on the games I play.

This is fairly urgent as I do play for an eSports team, any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

See some options there in that screen one is "start in safe mode with network options",tried that one as well?

That garbled screen is one of 3 things IMO......
Failing/Not correctly seated CPU
Failing/Not correctly seated MEMORY
Failing/Not correctly seated GPU.
