Computer Hangs/Freezes and Emits a Loud Freaky Sound From Speakers

Hello! I'm writing this because my baby is having some issues. I recently built this PC in June.

Specs

As you can see, my hardware really isn't old. I don't know why I am having this issue. I have run HD tune and it says both my HDD and SSD are in good health. Memtest successfully completed 1 pass with no errors, but i understand I may need to do more(perhaps this is it?). The freezes do not occur when I am playing video games, but mainly when I am watching Twitch.tv. There is no blue screen, no error number, just freeze. loud sound. Then I have to restart it.

I figured the games I play would be enough to test the GPU. Such as Killing Floor 2 at max settings with gore physics enabled. No freezes. GPU temps are never above 71 Celsius. CPU temps are never above 60 Celsius. Hmm... did I forget anything? Oh yes, I have checked all of the drivers for all of my devices. And windows says they are all up to date. The only thing I am doing now, is installing updates for windows 8.1.

Hoping that maybe this is the issue. Any other ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would love to get my baby back in good health. These freezes are getting annoying, and seemingly more frequent? Not quite sure, at the end of the day. I just know that it is certainly not good.

Solution
Event 41 is hard explained so i just post a solution to it.

Youtube

Event 6008 is a bug you can iggnore this, it DOES NOT effect your system.

Event 27 suggest there is something rong with your chipset drivers. Reinstall from vendor and see if it settles.

Assuming you have checked device manager and there is no conflicts.

If it's a new problem start by checking windows restore to see what you installed when the problem started to occur.
Win key + R type "rstrui.exe" choose a restore point and pretend you're about to restore to that point and you should see a list of installed software that will be changed, aka was installed then.

Check the mb screws, not to tight not to lose.

Check the cables connections.

Did you apply correct amount of thermal paste? That is like a grain. A very very this layer between cpu and the H212.

Check the event log for clues.

I checked the connections, everything seems fine. The correct amount of paste was applied. it was about the size of a pea. Though I could reapply it. Installed programs don't seem to mention anything huge. For example,
Avast.
GeForce Experience stuff.
Drivers for graphics,
Sound Blaster Recon 3Di
Avast net service

Intel(Net)
intel(NetTrans)

However the event log mentions some interesting things

This critical error was logged right before I shut it down I presume. Note there is no BSOD, or any thing like that. Just freeze, loud noise. I turn it off using the power button by holding it. Restarts in about 15 seconds, and everything is fine. Also the drivers don't show any conflicts, and windows says all drivers are up to date.

Critical Error shows this:

Now I am trying to eliminate this Event 27 error. I have identified that it comes from my Intel(R) I210 Gigabit Network Connection. Which is under Network Adapters. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, downloaded the driver multiple times now. But I still get Event 27 on startup. Any idea why this is? Do I even need this network adapter? And what kind of effect can this have on my system, if I never resolve this event? Is this a big deal?

Good news though, no more freezing. But its only been 1 day, so we're not out of the woods yet!

I also just got a new Event!
Event 123 DeviceSetupManager

Says this below it in the event window: The DSM service was delayed by 11 seconds for a driver query/download/install on device 'PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1533&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_03\001FBCFFFF0F048900'

It deppends.

It's your ethernet connection so if you have more than one or connect wirelessly. That is if you have internet access while the driver malfunction you can disable it. If you had internet while you uninstalled it you can disable it. But if its your primery internet path to the pc you definitly need it.

Good news about the freezing! Hoop it stick! :sol:

Shouldn't be a problem. It's something to do with internet access from Windows Update. Or Windows Update rtying to get a driver for you and failed. Try to asses if you need it first.

Thanks for the links, as soon as I get home I will install these. I was looking all over for the correct things, but I would install using the Intel Driver Detection Service thing. I updated, and then I would run it again, and it wants to update the same exact driver again? Very strange, perhaps installing the drivers through this method will make things smoother.

Also I was able to eliminate Event 27 due to the fact that I still had internet when this thing "disconnected". So I assumed that it is not needed, and I disabled it as advised.

Overwriting them is what you want, the drivers wasn't rong just corrupt. It's the same version we replacing. Off corse only install 64bit drivers for ethernet (and as admin). If installed correct it should run smoother. If it works better now just restore to previous driver from device manager under right click on Windows flag or left corner.

So far so good! No freezes, no more Events logged! Everything is beautiful and you are a wizard. I'm going to go ahead and give you the best solution that you deserve! And if I have any more issues, would you mind if I just PMed you? So far everything is working perfectly! :D

But I figured that there is no reason to keep bumping this now.
