Computer hardware compatibility

I recently bought a gaming computer off of a friend, but before I really get into using it I would definitely like to upgrade my graphics card. I'm still relatively new to the whole custom PC world, so I wanted to make sure that it would be compatible with the rest of the rig. I've all but decided to get the GTX 960, but I wanted to make sure I could actually use it before I dropped ~$200 on it. Thanks in advance

Asus M4N68T-M V2 Motherboard

Yes it will run a 960.

PSU isn't very good but can run a 960 in that setup.

Expansion Slots
1 x PCIe x16

Motherboard has the slot for the card.
