Since your CPU features Integrated Graphics,
plug the HDMI (or DisplayPort) cable into your motherboard.
Now you will be able to see some output in your display, so you can troubleshoot.
Now, try pressing Win+Ctrl+Shift+B Key combination to reset the graphics drivers. Once the screen momentarily turns off and on, plug that display cable into your GPU back again while the PC is still on. if you get a display output, then your good to go, or else continue troubleshooting with the below steps once you have reconnected the cable into the motherboard again.
EDIT: I forgot that your Keyboard is not working too so the above step cant be carried out. Might as well try another keyboard or try another USB port for the keyboard? I have one question though, how do you know the keyboard is not responding if you can't see any output in the display?
The next method is to download DDU, which can clean uninstall display drivers and reinstall them.
So, to do this go to
https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/ and download the tool from there.
Please see to this guide, if you haven't used DDU before
