Computer has been really laggy lately.

Recently my computer (this is a gaming computer) will begin to lag/stutter out of no where. Sometimes I'll be starting to watch a YouTube video and the video will stutter,my mouse and even when I try to click something it takes a few seconds to register. Even when I'm just sitting at the desktop doing nothing it stutters. I just played a video game on it and it was extremely laggy. Sometimes I could play. My computer just lagged then froze right in the middle of my playing. That's the moment I became concerned so that why I'm posting this. Does anyone know what's going on?

I can only speculate because u have not given us your specs, please do. I will recommend what |I recommend to everyone with this problem install malware bytes (free program) and scan fro bloat ware.

I just ran it and it found 4 things of malware. Two of which were registry things. It still hasn't helped. I was just sitting in sony vegas editing a video when my screen froze but the sound of the video was still playing and i could move my cursor around but couldn't click anything and CTRL ALT DEL wouldn't work. Its never been like this before. Do you have experience with this?
