[SOLVED] Computer has Stuttering and microfreezes

Hello all

My system sometimes has microfreezes and small stutters but not always. It happens ingame it happens when just using windows so it's hard to recreate it.

My specs are:
-Ryzen 7 3700X
-MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi
-Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT
-32 GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO (4x 8 GB) 3200Mhz
-Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB (in the second M.2 Slot)
-Samsung 860 QVO 1TB
-Corsair RM 750
1 Screen with 144 Hz and one with 60 Hz.

The GPU is sitting at about 60-70° while gaming and the CPU approximately the same.
I tried using different AMD Radeon drivers, updated the BIOS and reinstalled Windows multiple times.

Does anyone know what is causing this issue?

My guess would be software on your computer, not drivers or Bios related. 1 solid but pain in the rear way to test is to reinstall windows and if micro stuttering vanishes your good. Start installing software and drivers till you find the culprit or not.
