Computer has trouble booting and goes to bios instead of windows

I recently finished a new pc, and I installed windows after having it run perfectly for a few days. Yesterday when I turned it on it went to the windows repair screen but it failed in repairing the situation regardless of what option I chose. When I boot the computer now it shows q code 6f on the motherboard (x99 deluxe) and after i press the memory ok button it goes into the bios with no issues at all. however after that I have no idea what to do since I am new to pc's.

Might want to test ram using http://www.memtest86.com/
