Computer Heating Problem

Hello,

I have recently brought a new computer. It has been running fine till about two weeks ago when it started to get really hot and loud. I have been looking around my PC and have found out that my power supply fan and my CPU fan are causing the problem.The fans are getting up to 3700 RPM from just having one game open. I am looking into upgrading both of my fans but when doing this i have no idea what to get. I want to get a super quiet fan which also keeps it very cool or something close to that.

My PC specs are :

AM3 FX-6 6100 Processor
8GB DDR3 1333MHz Ram
2GB ATI Radeon 7750 Graphics card
USB Gaming Case Blue Light with 500W PSU
GIGABYTE 78LMT-S2P Motherboard
