Computer Improvements on Specs

Recently it has came to my attention that my pc may need some improvements because I bought the game ARK and my pc couldn't even run it in medium settings.

Help is appreciated here are my specs:

Ram: 8.00 GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3330 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.20GHz
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based processor
Graphics card : Radeon 7950 over clocked
SSD: none

ARK is an unoptimized game, it doesn't matter what high end hardware you got, until the game is coded better at higher settings, you won't notice any major difference in performance. ARK is most played at low settings where framerates is generous.

Well i still want to improve my pc because it takes 6 mins to load up and i have to restart it other wise it is very slow but thanks for the help anyway

A SSD would be the solution to that.
850 EVO is a solid choice.

Well if you want higher graphics performance then a gpu upgrade.

You not gonna get a massive improvement with a gpu under £200 from a HD 7950. The R9 280X is the only option for that but its a minor upgrade.
