Computer in boot loop after attempting to flash BIOS

I recently built a pc using the ASRock AB350m motherboard with a Ryzen 2200g Cpu. I had to update the bios so that the mobo could support the CPU. So I went to flash it and it said successful. I pulled the stick out as it restarted and then it just turned on and turned off over and over again - it's still doing the same thing.

Here is what I have done so far;
* Jumping the BIOS
* Removing the CMOS battery
* Changing slots for the RAM
* making sure all PSU cables are properly connected

What should I do now?

you may want to google the bios used on the mb and how to recover the bios. some bios put on a fat 32 usb stick the last bios and copy it and rename it to x bios. put the stick in and let the mb boot it may take 20 min for the bios to recover. some time you have to hit a set of keys to force a bios recovery.
