Computer is lagging

Hi, I have been trying to fix a problem recently for about 4 weeks now. The problem is when I've been playing Overwatch, and even when I'm scrolling through the internet, my monitor will freeze for like 0.5 secs and then work as normal. These freezes just keep on happening at random times and it is impossible to hit shots on my games when this is happening and it's getting really annoying... Pls help me.

this happens to me too in mw remastered , it's a software thing most probably , some video games work better with the other brand of gpu's

So do you think that the way to fix this would be upgrade gpu and cpu? Or I haven't tried this, overclocking.

no , try a clean install of windows 10 and install the latest driver for your gpu if that deosn't help nothing will. i have a 1080 and it stutters in mw remastered and that's only a remastered game !
