Computer is loading everything slow, Hard drive problem?

After a power outage everything loads slower on the first instance and then faster anytime after, but still not as fast as before. I ran crystal disk and it said my drive was healthy but is it wrong?

My pc was on during on storm and got shut down, when I booted back up and tried to open something it took painfully long. That is when you know it is broken

I'd suggest to test the drive using your HDD manufacturer's diagnostic utility and see what it shows. I'd use several different utilities in your case to make sure everything is fine. If the load is slower, I'd suggest to backup the data from it somewhere else ASAP just to be safe.
Another thing you can do is try the HDD with a different SATA cable and on a different computer to see how it will react there.
If that doesn't help, I'd strongly recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer's tech support for assistance with this.

Did it all happened suddenly after a power outage? Were you experiencing the issue before? Have you checked for malwares?

He says a power outage, this happened to me. Do you have another hard drive laying around? If so replace and try again, otherwise contact the manufacturer
