[SOLVED] Computer is not POSTing for some reason ?

I have been having this problem lately:

My computer took too long to POST some days, others it would POST normally. Yesterday it was working perfectly. I was setting up a new hard drive, turned the pc off and went to sleep. Today, however, it's not POSTing at all. No lights for internet, the mouse and keyboard are dead. The GPU lights up, and the fans are spinning. The liquid cooling pump works normally.

It's not the OS, since it doesn't even POST without hard drives installed.

I had this issue before, replaced the processor and it worked mostly fine for like 2 weeks.
i've tested everything I've seen online already, with no success. The power supply is giving the right voltages, so I doubt it's that...
I have no way to test the motherboard by itself, so i'm not sure if that could be the problem.
Can someone please help me, I'm desperate

That sucks :/
The worst thing is that, since these are "old" parts, it's hard to find where to test them correctly :/
If you still want to use your system, Go for an intel i7 3770k and any p67/z68/z77 motherboard if you prefer to do overclock on the cpu. or if you want to save some bucks without overclocking, A Xeon E3 1240 v2 or 1270 V2 + asrock/gigabyte/msi B75 or B75M motherboard that have 4 slots ram would be more than enough. Gigabyte B75M D3H would be more than enough :D
It's between the cpu or the motherboard itself, a usual sign of motherboard failure

my friend also had a problem with his i5 4440 + EVGA Z87 FTW, at first it was fine to use but sata port is getting weird, and when he decide to repaste the cpu, all the physical of the motherboard weren't damaged since he done that very carefully, but after putting it back together, it wont post, seems like the motherboard is dead.
