Computer issues :(

Hello, since a little while now, my computer had one or two freezes while launching GarrysMod, I had to turn it off with the power button, but the second time, i even had to remove the electrical outlet. The day after, when I turned on my computer, it got stucked on the Windows "Welcome" thing, power on button didn't work I again had to remove the electrical outlet. And now, that I turned on back my computer, it showed me this:

I had to go to the BIOS but I didn't changed anything. I Turned back on my computer normally, and now, my mouse doesn't work, wtf xD. Is my PSU dead? One thing I can tell is that I am sure I have enough power for my PC. Sooo, what to do? Is something broken?

The power supply is not dead but it is homicidal. If you continue to use it it will kill the motherboard or GPU or CPU or RAM or, you see the pattern.

Do I have to change it? D: And was it bad quality or is it my fault? I knew I had to take a Seasonic one 🙁

both. neither. unknown at this point. from your description you did nothing wrong.
my suggestion is an evga supernova g2. one of the best available period and not crazy expensive.

I would pick an M2Ill 520 Evo from Seasonic personally 😀. But why does my mouse doesn't work? lul

if too much voltage went through the USB port and fried something in your mouse. you may need a new one of those too.
