Question Computer keep restarting when loading the windows

i already check every component except the cpu and mobo
everytime the windows 10 logo is loading it keep restarting forever

i can go into bios and it wont restart so i need to know if this is a motherboard problem or the cpu becuz

8Gb ram single channel
intel pentium g4560
1050ti 4GB
h110m-s2
500w power supply

no, last week i turn on my computer and nothing happen
so i take all the component and test it on another computer and the only component i haven't test yet is the motherboard and the cpu, i test my ram on my friend's pc but his computer is using ryzen so i dont know which one is broken..the cpu or the motherboard
