Computer keeps blue screening

so i recently move my computer across canada and it was in a car driving for a few days and now when i set it up in my new house across canada (toronto-vancouver) my computer keeps crashing after using it for a while or when using to many applications and im not sure how to fix PLEASE HELP!!!

try resetting your RAM sticks, your video card, and also make sure every cable is properly connected inside your case, then test again and see if the problem persists.

post the error code on the blue-screen.
You/we will get some hints from it.
