Question Computer Keeps Crashing - Probably GPU Related?

Hello,

Several months ago my computer would crush after 30-40 minutes of playing games while also streaming and recording them (via OBS). I thought it was just my local electricity being its usually faulty self combined with my UPS not being massive enough to sustain my computer. So I replaced my UPS.

Now, I hadn't stressed my computer in the same way since, but I have today. I was playing a game that used 95% of my GPU (due to being badly optimized), while also running two instances of BlueStacks (with optimization).

Every 30-40 minutes, my computer would crash.

I captured a log with HWInfo, but it seems fine to me? Would love some thoughts:

I set a more aggressive fan-curve for the GPU with MSI Afterburner, but it didn't seem to do the trick.

GPU is GeForce 1060 6GB, it died back in February, but it got shipped to the factory and came back - it just stopped sending signal to the monitor, out of the blue, at some point.
PC is Ryzen 3700X, motherboard is B450 Aorus Elite.
Case is Be Quiet Pure Base 600, which... doesn't have the greatest thermals.
RAM's overclocked, using 1.4 DRAM, and you should be able to see everything else from the log.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, I found something.

My VDD18 setting, via both AIDA64 and HWInfo is at about 1.265.

It's supposed to be at 1.8.

Can't find anything in my BIOS (Gigabyte Aorus Elite B450) to change it.

Is it a problem with the BIOS, the motherboard, or the PSU?
