Computer Keeps Freezing Then Unfreezing Constantly

About 2 Days Ago my Computer Began acting up, Everything would freeze then about 2 to 4 seconds later unfreeze then repeat. 2 Times so far this resulted in my PC crashing, 1 time with a Blue Screen. I have checked hardware and everything seems to be fine. About 3 days ago i ran cleaned out some things with CCcleaner i don't know if that has something to do with it.

Any Ideas??

I don't trust CCleaner. After using that program some time ago it screwed up my system.
I haven't used it and I haven't had any problems.

I did a Start up repair and it gave me this Error

"If you have recently attached a device to this computer, such as a camera or portable music player, remove it and restart your computer. If you continue to see this message, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance."

But The only devices i have plugged in, his my mouse,keyboard, and Headset

When you go to "Device Manager" does it show any hardware changes or anything of the likes ?
