Computer keeps restarting randomly!

Had this computer for a while now with no issues. The restarts began one day after my power cut out like 6 times through out the day. I've feel like I have tried everything. I did some ram tests and reinstalled windows. Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and ran a sfc /scannow cammand. In my even viewer there is a log that says its critical level the source being Kernel-Power. Event ID is 41 and Task Category being (63). In the details section it says "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." I hope that it isn't my power supply that's out of wack and needs replacement. NEED HELP AND OR SUGGESTIONS.

System Specs:

CPU: i7-6700k GPU: GTX 1070 Motherboard: ASRock Killer SLI/ac RAM: 16GB clocked at 2400 MHz

Also have an 250 SSD and 1TB HD
