I have an Acer Veriton X498G that keeps restarting over and over again. It used to not have this problem but all of a sudden it showed up and was doing it randomly and i was able to still use it and it continually got worse and I would occasionally get a blue screen. Then recently its so bad I cant even use my computer and it just repeatedly turns on for 2 seconds not even enough for the screen to turn on then turns off over and over again. Also ran a memory diagnostic tool test and it said it was a hardware problem which makes me wonder if it is maybe the power supply unit or the graphics card.

Specs:

Processor: Intel core i7 2.93 ghz 64-bit

Power Supply: LiteOn PS-5221-9 AE 220-240 Watt

Ram: 8gb

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 5450

Scan disk runs and fixes hard drive errors usually cause of I'm proper shut down or or outside vibration of some sort can even happen on a solid stat drive or if approved gram fails and corrupts data on the or ssd sometime the computer will automatically do a scan disk ti fix the error on the drive or the file system it self.
You can even manually start a scan disk on properties on a drive. There's also optimise with defrags HDDs and trims ssds

I have put in a new power supply and the same problem keeps occurring and help?
