Computer Keeps Stuttering

Whenever I try to game, my computer does a stutter step every couple of minutes. I have replaced the graphics card 4 time and each time to no avail. Started with a GTX 960, got two 970s, and am currently on a 1050ti and with each one the stuttering persists. I will be gaming, I will lose mouse input, the screen will freeze and my sound will literally grind to a halt (it sounds like a record scratch). I'm scared that it's the RAM as my computer did this before when I only had 4gb of RAM, I have since then upgraded to 16gb back in May. I also added a 1TB Toshiba hard-drive at the end of Octorber as MicroCenter was having a good deal but I was having problems before that. The stuttering started about 3 months ago, give or take. Any advice on how to get this to stop, I'm getting annoyed and it's caused me to not want to game anymore. Which is a problem because many of my friends do and that's how we spend time.

Thanks!

All games. Hearthstone, World of Tanks, Overwatch, Skyrim, pretty much every game. I do not have lag in Chrome however unless I am playing a game in the background.

GA-78LMT-USB3: 4+1 Phase Power design <---------- This is not good for an FX-8320, you need a mobo with at least 8 Phase Power regulators in order to get your CPU to work stable, 10+ if you ever try to overclock it.

You could try to shut down 4 of your cores in BIOS, that might do the trick to get your CPU working better, but your only real solution is to invest in a better mobo. However if budget allows it you should consider upgrading your CPU + mobo, Intel's current offerings are simply much better right now.

I disabled four of my cores and I have noticed an improvement. The stuttering still happens, however for much shorter duration. It seems to still be as frequent, however.
