Computer Keeps Turning Off Randomly Please Help

For the past week or so my computer completely shuts down at seemingly random times. Also when it does shut down it won't turn back on unless turn the switch on and off from the mains and then turn the PC on.
I've checked the CPU temp and it all seems fine. And I doubt it's my PSU as if had this for 2 years and have added no extra components
I suspected it may be my GPU as did update to new drivers a few days prior, however when I checked the temp and reverted back to my old drivers it still shut down
I'm pretty lost at this point and really need some help

I had the same problem with my kids computer. It was the PSU. Would shut down randomly and the power button would not work. Had to pull the power plug or flip the switch on the back of the PSU then turn it back on. Got a new PSU and have had 24/7 up time for 4+ weeks.

You could start by pulling all memory sticks but 1. If it still happens replace that 1 stick with a different one in a different slot.

I would think its the PSU though.
