Hi, My computer has been quite laggy doing tasked performed better on previous hardware. Ex.
When I recorded gameplay using XSPLIT I would be able to have a constant 60fps while frames get dropped low just a bit then go right back up at 720P. Now, When I record my game it's at a constant 50-55fps and it wont go back up, there's jitteryness and it only happens for League of Legends. Although knowing that I improved whatever is going on I could increase usage with everything I do?

Previous hardware:
Gtx 760
AMD fx 8320
500w psu
cheap mobo
8gb ram

Current:
Gtx 980 ti
i7 4790k
750w psu
gigabytes z97x gaming 5
16gb ram
corsai h80i gt

I really need answers guys :/ should I flush my hard drive and make everything new?

It's not entirely clear from your post, this is an upgrade? Not a new build? If so did you reinstall windows on a new hdd, or did you install your old hdd in this upgraded build. If the latter is true then you must format and reinstall.

That's one heck of an upgrade... though I am surprised you played at 720p. So what is the PSU and please post a graph of your gpu usage.
