Computer Lagg, please help

Ok guys i tried everything (hope not really everything but ok).

So, problems started after I installed new Catalys driver on my HD4850. After that, I have lagg in windows and in windowed games and applications (which is really important to me). Games and other stuff works just fine on full screen!

So, I tried with previous drivers, fresh installation of Windows, computer scan, error check, core temps, mbo temps, gpu temp, directx, 3dmark studio is working fine too, and so on .... Everything seems ok but its not!

Does someone has any idea?? I will go mad :S

Asus P5WDH Deluxe
HD4850 Sapphire
6gb of rams (2x1 SuperTalent, 2x2 Corsair XMS2)
2x Seagate HDD 500Gb
Windows Vista Ultimate x64

Full screen = Good vs Windowed screens = Bad
That still says Catalyst driver problem to me.

What version of Catalyst are you on now? Try going back to an earlier version like ATI Catalyst 8.10
Use Drive Sweeper to clean everything out.
And then install Catalyst 8.10.
