Computer lags, buzzing sound in speakers then restarts when playing Surgeon Simuator...

Try other games. It may be a problem with the game itself
after that, try checking temps. It's possible with the stock cooler that you are not getting good enough cooling in your system

A game bug shouldn't cause a reboot. How are your temps?
Normally I would suspect PSU but that is less likely with Seasonic

also, make sure you have up to date drivers for both your gpu, and your cpu's integrated graphics if it has it.
