Computer light flash for a micro second when power button is pressed

So I accidentally double click on a Batch file "rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState Sleep"
Then my computer completely turns off. There's no light flashing or anything. Not even an indication that it's in sleep mode. I tried holding the power button, unplugging power cable from the PSU and motherboard, but nothing works. All it's doing when I pressed the power button is light flashing for a micro second it goes off.

Any solution to this?

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).

Did that. Problem still persist.
Perhaps I should leave it overnight?

Oh I'm on Windows 8.1 not sure if it's relevant. Few people were saying that they had issues with sleep mode and 8

Not working either. Unplugged all the cables from all my SSDs, still nothing.

The PSU seems fine as well. The fans are running aa normal. Could it have been the motherboard? Although I just replaced my motherboard 2 months ago.

If leaving only the 24 pin power cable connected and starting the board, do the case fans connected to it spin?
If not, then yes, it might be a board issue.

You mean if I disconnected everything except the motherboard from the power cables?

I mean disconnecting the 8 pin power cable and leaving only the 24 pin one connected and some case fans. Starting the board and checking if fans do spin.
