Question Computer Like a Laptop Without Screen

I am trying to buy a laptop replacement that has the same dimensions as a laptop but which doesn't have to have a screen. If it can be smaller in volume than a laptop and still fit in a backpack that's a big plus. Is there such a thing other than the micro computers sold at amazon, like this one?

The problem is it runs too hot and does not have proper cooling, like a laptop would, nor does it have a graphics card, like many laptops would. I also don't need it to have a keyboard or a mousepad.

No graphics card, great as minis go though, also, they also seem to have very good temperature control and I feel tempted to buy one, perhaps with an external GPU.

Again, what might this be used for?

If you're going all the way into an eGPU, you might as well just get a regular desktop.

Thank you, I want it for travelling and it being both my personal and work computer. I'm just amazed that I can't find a laptop without a screen that's cheaper and has good components in it. I think they still need to go further with the idea of mini PC's, but it should be doable, if you can do it in a laptop...

A laptop without a screen is simply a mini desktop.

A mini desktop with a screen is simply a bulky laptop.

The closest you'd find is the BeeLink I listed, or similar size NUC things.

There would seem to be little market for a "laptop size thing without the screen".

I think there more of a novelty item but as small as your going to get.
