computer loud restart

Hey my computer fans get loud then restarts and when it restarts it shows no display but isnt loud when I can.get it on none of the temperatures look high either im wondering what could cause this? It has worked good for three years now and just started doing it today only thing ive done is upgrade graphics card about 3 months ago

What are your CPU and GPU temps under load?

Cpu is about 39c and I cant find gpu temps because now wont turn on at all just loud then restarts to black screen

The CPU is 39 at idle or 100% load?

Also, what PSU do you have?

Idle load idk couldn't tell you my cpu is ,
I5 2320 and gpu is gtx 770 also I switched poeer buttons becUse old on broke and started diing it right after that maybe I fried mobo?
