Question Computer making weird noises while playing a particular game

Hello everyone. I've recently bought this CD rom game, and works perfectly fine...
exept the audio...

When I play, the game makes loud squeecking/screeching noises.

I have a video that shows the weird sounds that this game makes.

The game keeps making these sounds, even if the ingame volume is 0%.
Please help me! I don't know what to do, I've tried everything!

Latest audio drivers installed on your system? Mind sharing the version of the OS you're on? Also, I'm assuming you're running an emulator to play that game?

I'm not using an emulator, the game is on CD rom.
The drivers are updated.
I don't know how to share the OS.

Even with V-Sync on it still makes the noises...
