Computer monitor & video card advice

Hello all, so i'm looking to upgrade my comp a bit. Currently my specs are:

two 23" asus monitors Nvidia 660ti I7 4790k 16gb Memory

Currently I have $600 credit with dell.com and I can either get a monitor or a video card from them.

Currently i'm looking at these options:

I can also get a 1070 pny from dell.com and get the monitor through amazon as well. What do you guys suggest? Will I be able to run at 1440p and 144hz fine with a 1070? my main games are h1z1 and Overwatch. Also how would a huge 27" monitor look and feel next to a 1080p 23"?

1070 thru Dell and PG278 from Amazon should make a very good combo

Is the 1070 worth it over the 1080? I don't want to get a 1080 to take full benefit of my monitor only to have it get replaced by TI's coming out soon?

why are you waiting for 1080Ti? You can max any current game at 1440p with the 1080 now (I can get high or better on most game running a 1080OC on a 4K screen). The only reason to get a 1070 is budget.
